Nursery & Childcare Services
Close to Home offers a high quality professional childcare service for children aged between 0 and 17. Opened in 2009 by experienced childcare practitioners, Close to Home is situated in a detached house in the rural area of Burnham-on-Crouch. We are OFSTED registered and active members of the National Day Nurseries Association and Pre-School Learning Alliance.

At Close to Home we have created a childcare environment which has been developed to offer a home from home feel for our children. We can provide care for 40 children aged from 0 to under 8 and provide a caring, warm, stimulating and spacious environment. We undertook major renovations on our building which allows the children to have access to many individual areas, encouraging them to learn from one another and to interact with all age groups.
Close to Home was carefully designed with young children in mind so we were able to include features such as infant toilets, glass panelled doors, a light and airy decor and a comprehensive security system.

Some of the best years in life are the years spent as a child and Close to Home has been purpose built to offer our children a fantastic opportunity for children to learn, play and have fun.
